The letter refers to the complex of measures for priority purchase of the domestic telecom equipment authorities and state-owned companies. To begin to test the proposed "Rostelecom" the possibility of granting preferences of score domestic telecommunications equipment procurement and the development of planning procurement of domestic equipment for more than one year. At the same time such equipment for preferences will need to be tested in the center of competence in the field of telecommunications equipment, networks and software, created in Ufa on the basis of "Rostelecom".
