Irgiz-1 (E1 paths indicator) is designed
- to evaluate the readiness of the E1 paths for certification (at the installation and start-up works);
- for verification of E1 paths service capability, for determination of the nature and for the search of defects place in the path (in the process of operation with drop-outs);
- continuous monitoring of multichannel digital carriers by connecting to the spare E1 path (during the operation without drop-outs).
Irgiz-1 is a cheap and indispensable device when installing the network.
One such device is an ideal solution for the direct testing of E1, as well as for continuous monitoring of the tract.
Features of this equipment:
- LED indication;
- acoustic signaling;
- display of the current errors;
- display of the errors that have occurred since the initialization of the indicator;
- possibility of supply from batteries;
- compact sizes.
Indicator provides detection and display of
- the absence of digital E1 signal at input, including short-term drop-out, caused by the "variable contacts" in cross joints (LOS);
- alarm in the E1 path, both specifically transmitted and short-term, caused by the "variable contacts" in cross joints (AIS);
- bit errors in the scanned path (ES/SES);
- power indicator outage that is possible in the long-term inspections and monitoring.
The indicator enables the full-duplex operation with testers and analyzers type К4305, МОРпОН-E1, ТЦК-E1, E2 and others during verification of E1 paths separately in the directions of transmission.
