Multiservice optical add-drop multiplexer PolyKom-300U-1GTR+ is designed for simultaneous transmission of up to 24 E1 streams, Gigabit Ethernet traffic, asynchronous data streams (1 RS-232 port at 115 kbps, 1 RS-485 port at 115 kbps) via one (WDM) or two Fiber Optic Cable (FOC). Transmission speed of the optical channel is 2.6 Gb/s.
Equipment features:

- support of ring and radial topologies, up to 24 Е1 streams in retransmitter input/output;
- embedded high efficient Li-Pol battery for power failure cases;
- 2.5G band for Ethernet traffic in optical channel;
- automatic restore of configuration (for new equipment after replacing in any place of network);
- automatic algorithms for reservation of communication channels (up to 50 ms for E1 and Ethernet over RSTP protocol);
- removable modules (SFP);
- support of VLAN (frame size is up to 1632 bytes);
- event log in nonvolatile memory (with information about the date, time and character of events);
- power reservation;
- support of IPTV Multicast (IGMP snooping);
- network emulation (additional test service software);
- local and remote equipment control;
- five year warranty.
Equipment Management
- F-interface (RS-232/RJ45) via any standard ANSI terminal;
- Q-interface (Ethernet 10/100/1000BASE-T) via SNMP (any SNMP manager), Telnet or SSH.
PolyKom®-300U-1GTR+ multiservice optical multiplexer provides high functionality of control by using PC:
- on-line monitoring the local and remote equipment;
- reconfiguration of the local and remote equipment (including loopbacks);
- network emulation;
- view of event log that includes events appeared on the local and remote equipment.
Interfaces of equipment comply with ITU-T standards: G.823, G.747, G.704, G.703, G.651, G.652, G.654.
