PolygonOPC Program is an OPC-server with module connection support exchanging with terminating devices - OPC-plug-ins. This feature allows flexible creation of the necessary configuration of the server, depending on the equipment used.
Currently PolygonOPC supports OPC Data Access 2.0 specification, which is sufficient for the vast majority of automation systems.
PolygonOPC program allows to perform the following operations:
- Connect OPC-plug-ins;
- Form a data tree and save it to a disk;
- to exchange data with OPC-clients according to the OPC Data Access 2.0 specification.
SNMP Plugin allows the following operations:
- to form a tree of supported variables (OID-s, Object Identifier) on the basis of MIB-files;
- to send SNMP-queries get_request to network devices, get_next_request and set_request according SNMP v1;
- receive from network devices notification about the state change (SNMP-«traps») trap according to SNMP v1.
Ping Plugin plugin allows to perform the following operations:
- to send Echo-Request queries on ICMP protocol on the specified IP-address from a specific network interface (NIC);
to determine the response time for a specific IP-address.
