Our enterprise uses innovative means of engineering for development of three-dimensional models of equipment and hardware housings. Engineering analysis modules are widely used to develop cooling systems of individual microchips as well as the entire device.
JSC SPE “Polygon” uses CAD, CAM, CAE systems of the world’s leaders in the development and design of telecommunication and electronic equipment, implementation of joint engineering of printed circuit boards and FPGA technology that allows creating the optimal pin configurations in accordance with international quality standards.
Wide toolkit allows development of circuit schematic diagrams, to produce hierarchical schemes with maintenance of electronic component databases (CIS).

Our toolkit includes:
- CAD/CAM/CAE for development of three-dimensional frame models;
- Engineering analysis module is modeling of cooling systems as individual chips and hardware as a whole
- High-efficient systems for FPGA end-to-end design;
- Joint engineering of printed circuit board and FPGA that allows creation of optimal pin configuration according to the rules defined for the devices;
- Circuit-oriented editor (CAD) is a tool for development of circuit schematic diagrams. It allows creation of hierarchical diagrams and has the system for maintenance of electronic component databases (CIS);
- Printed circuit board editor is designated to create and edit diagrams both simple and complex printed boards according to the defined limiting conditions. The editor allows development
of printed boards considering the latest innovative technologies in production of printed circuit boards; - Software packages for pre- and post- tracing analysis considering the parameters extracted from circuit board topology. This kit eliminating the problems associated with signal integrity, crosstalk and electromagnetic compatibility at the stage of engineering.
Industrial design is vital in the “Polygon” enterprise. We design and develop frameworks for our equipment with the help of special engineering software. This process is subject to control at every stage of production, namely research, design, development, framework construction, testing, in compliance with universal radio- and telecommunication standards and general style.
