Working with telecommunications equipment requires personnel of high theoretical and practical training. Understanding the subtleties and specifics of a particular class of equipment is the key to the smooth and reliable operation of the communications infrastructure.
To improve the professional skills of the customers of the Polygon, JSC organized training courses dealing with the equipment produced. The course included a brief tour of the company, both theoretical and practical classes, independent work. Upon completion of training all students are issued personal certificates.
